Computers For The Community

RAE Computing are providing help and support in Charlestown and Kersal, helping to get people switched on to the digital age.
Richard Eyres has recently been fixing computers into foster parents' homes and children's homes to provide access to e-mail and the net for both young people and their carers. The scheme has been so successful that a pilot project is underway for foster parents to have a secure virtual forum to support each other and share experiences.
Richard also teaches hardware classes to the local community, helping them grow in confidence and widen their IT knowledge.
