RAE Computing have turned around Wallwork's IT Systems, making technology work for them and not the other way round.
A full overhaul of all office systems, process management, the installation of a structured network, back office server and work on their client and job database have all contributed to increased efficiency and lowered stress levels!
90% of work is for Norwich Union Insurance handled by Asprea (www.asprea.co.uk) and puts a high strain on IT systems to help meet their demanding SLAs.
RAE Computing have also built the website to help promote the services that Wallwork offers, including a 24 hour emergency repair service.
