Security
Encryption
Encryption is the process of converting information into a more secure format for
transmission. In other words the plain text is converted to scrambled code while
being transmitted, and then decrypted back to plain text at the receiving end of
the transmission.
All communication to and from our project management system is secured using 128
bit encryption. 128 bit encryption is the standard level of encryption used by all
secure sites, such as online banks and stores. This ensures confidential information
does not stray into the wrong hands.
Backup
Files stored by the system are regularly backed up to prevent data loss. This gives
you an added degree of security in the unlikely event of failure, and ensures an
effective and efficient restore should such an event occur.
